Sunny - dozens of ways
I was thrilled by the impressive number and diversity of stylistic versions of the song Sunny, whose famous disco-funk version of it I knew since childhood (the famous version of Money B).
The song was written by Bobby Hebb (1941-2010) after November 22, 1963, the day of JFK's assassination and, strangely the songwriter's brother was stabbed to death in a club.
Here are some of the pieces of exceptional interpretative visions which are proving temperamental spontaniety and vocal virtuosity of these performers. And of course, last but not least: orchestral arrangements style with wind instruments (sensational in the 70s), stoutly run of the drummers... and so on.
